COD:Cash on delivery is easy! You pay and pick up at
your post office. The PO will charge you for postage plus a $8 COD
charge, though we subtract the COD charge from your total if your
order is over $200.
Cheque/Money
Order: We prefer Bank
Cheques or PO Money Orders. Personal cheques may attract a
clearance time of 3 - 5 days.

need you to fax us the bank receipt as proof of deposit.
Credit Cards: All we need is your card number, name and
expiry date. from your Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard (there are no
credit card surcharges)

orders are best paid by credit card. Please enquire about
freight charges when ordering. (Overseas orders do not incur GST @
10%) If direct deposit is made on overseas orders please add $20
for bank fees.

We use Australia post for airmail internationally, but if you
require an express service then contact us for details and
costs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices in our catalogue include GST, are in Australian dollars
and are subject to change without notice. This is mainly due to the
unstable nature of foreign exchange rates etc.
Warranty/Guarantee/Returns: Ballard's warrants items sold free of
defects in materials and workmanship. Please call first for an
approval number before returning goods by certified post, along
with your invoice reference number (dated no more than 15 days). We
will be happy to exchange, credit or refund you a
cheque.
Suspension/Motor Parts: Because performance depends on the correct
assembly, servicing and operation of the complete unit, only a
qualified mechanic should assemble the job and draw to our
attention at the time of assembly any possible defects in our
workmanship and/or materials. We cannot be responsible for the
assembled unit. The limit of "Ballard's" liability shall not exceed
the sale price. No items are guaranteed "Indestructible!"
