All claims & returned goods must be accompanied by invoice. All items returned for refund must be in original packaging & complete. Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee & must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Electrical items and/or special orders are not returnable. No refund or exchange after 30 days.

All goods remain the property of Ballards Offroad until paid in full. Should your account exceed our trading terms & be passed on for collection all costs including debt collection, commission, solicitor’s fees & any out of pocket expenses will be the liability of the customer.

Terms & Conditions

All prices online and in our catalogue include GST and all prices are subject to change without notice. This is mainly due to the unstable nature of foreign exchange rates etc.

OVERSEAS/SPECIAL ORDERS: Are best paid by credit card. Please inquire about freight charges when ordering. (Overseas no 10% GST applies) If direct deposit is made on overseas orders. Please add $20.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE/RETURNS: Ballard’s warrants items sold free of defects in materials and workmanship. Please call first for an approval number before returning goods by certified post, along with your invoice reference number (dated no more than 15 days). We will be happy to exchange, credit or refund you.

RETURNS: No COD accepted

SUSPENSION/MOTOR PARTS: Because performance depends on the correct assembly, servicing and operation of the complete unit, only a qualified mechanic should assemble the job and draw to our attention at the time of assembly any possible defects in our workmanship and/or materials. We cannot be responsible for the assembled unit. The limit of “Ballard’s” liability shall not exceed the sale price. No items are guaranteed “Indestructible!”

About us

Ballard’s Offroad is a rider owned and run performance parts and accessory outlet based in the Western part of Sydney. Geoff Ballard started things rolling back in 1989 after finishing a professional riding career throughout Europe and the United States.

We are the Australian (and New Zealand, and SE Asia, and UAE, amongst others) distributors for some of the World’s leading manufacturers of performance and OEM-replacement off-road motorcycle parts and accessories. We may not sell every brand that’savailable, but we work hard to know about the brands we do sell. We stock over 2500 lines, and that grows every day.

Remember, we are bulk-order distributors, so we don’t buy at the overseas retail price, and consequently, our taxes and duties are much less. Plus, by some clever shipping arrangements, so are our freight charges. That means savings, and reduced hassles for you. And... don’t even think about the dramas involved in returning incorrect parts bought directly from overseas, or you’ll give yourself an uppercut. We know what fits Australian model bikes, and if you’ve ever ordered parts for an RMXbefore, then you know the difference between Australian models and US models. We support what we sell, and we’re only as far away as your local Post Office, which is a lot closer than Milan, or LA, or London. It’s true that the world is getting smaller, thanks to the Internet, but it won’t seem like it if you have to pay to post a pipe and muffler back to California because it doesn’t fit your model, or you ordered the wrong one...

90% of our orders leave same day if received by 3pm (EST). Direct deposit, prepaid, or credit card orders can go by post or overnight courier unless otherwise informed.
